Carlando became the Media Secretary in 2011.  She and her husband, David, have three adult children, Chelsea (Joey Keener), Baily (Matthew Crooms), and Presston Hope (Haley). All three of their children have blessed them with grandchildren which they are so blessed to have, Easton, Roddie, and Charlotte. Carlando enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
