Student ministry

Jr. High and High school can be a challenging time in the life of a teenager.  Our desire is to be catalysts by God in the lives of teenagers to know God’s salvation through Christ and to share in making Him known to people.  The Student Ministry’s strategy utilizes adults and students to reach the non-believing students, to honor God with their lives, to connect with other Christian students, to assist in growing their faith and to encourage the discovery of ministry.  In this journey, they are celebrating God, connecting with other Christians, and joining in God’s Great Commission through weekly ministries and special events.

  • WIRED

WIRED exists to unite local churches from throughout the Wiregrass area so that we can serve those in our community who are less fortunate and are in need.  Through this, we can show our community how beautiful the united body of Christ is as we work together to be His hands and feet throughout the Wiregrass area.  Whether it is through teaching students how to serve at the various ministry sites during the week of WIRED or during our Bible study and corporate worship services, students and adults alike are discipled throughout the week so that they can have a better understanding of who God is, how He has called them to live, and what His purposes are for their lives.

  • STUDENT CHOIR

Sunday Nights at 5:00 PM in the Choir Room!  Hope to see you there!

  • SEE YOU AT THE POLE

Each year we participate in See You At the Pole at our local schools.  For over 25 years, See You at the Pole has been about one simple act—prayer. SYATP is still about students uniting themselves in prayer before God interceding for their generation.

  • FIELDS OF FAITH

You Can Help Change Our Culture.

It’s time to spark a spiritual movement for God. Christianity needs a change in momentum—students who will stand together against the pressures and temptations in our world and be a generation that is committed to reading the Bible and applying it to their lives.

It’s time to Get in the Game and Get in the Book.
