Student ministry

Jr. High and High school can be a challenging time in the life of a teenager.  Our desire is to be catalysts by God in the lives of teenagers to know God’s salvation through Christ and to share in making Him known to people.  The Student Ministry’s strategy utilizes adults and students to reach the non-believing students, to honor God with their lives, to connect with other Christian students, to assist in growing their faith and to encourage the discovery of ministry.  In this journey, they are celebrating God, connecting with other Christians, and joining in God’s Great Commission through weekly ministries and special events.

  • Who's Your One? 30 Day Student devotional

This devotional is geared specifically towards cultivating your heart to go tell your one about Jesus, by helping you spend time with the Lord in Scripture reading and in prayer every day. When you are walking in intimacy with God in Scripture reading and prayer, then you will naturally share out of the overflow of your own worship of Jesus. We all naturally talk about what our heart is excited about.

WIRED exists to unite local churches from throughout the Wiregrass area so that we can serve those in our community who are less fortunate and are in need. Through this, we can show our community how beautiful the united body of Christ is as we work together to be His hands and feet throughout the Wiregrass area. Whether it is through teaching students how to serve at the various ministry sites during the week of WIRED or during our Bible study and corporate worship services, students and adults alike are discipled throughout the week so that they can have a better understanding of who God is, how He has called them to live, and what His purposes are for their lives.
