With growth comes change.
With the passing of time and the completion of our repurposing of our Chapel we
recognized the need for updating our policies regarding the use of our
facilities. After careful consideration the Constitution and By-Laws Revision
Committee has completed the compilation of our proposed Facilities Use Policy and
There will be a Special Business Meeting on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 6:00 PM in the Adult One assembly area to consider adopting these policies. The Deacons have reviewed the policies and the motion to adopt them will come with their support.
The intent is to update policies, that is some cases were written over twenty years ago, and to make the whole experience more user friendly for those using the facilities and for those administering the policies.
